What is an LED bag? How is it used?

It is a bag with an LED screen on it, worn while promoting.
At exhibitions and events, staff carry it and the logo or promotional video stays on show.

How do I load and change the content?

You upload video or images through the app or by USB (MP4, MOV, JPG, PNG and GIF are supported). A swap usually takes one to five minutes.
We can also produce the content for you.

How long does the battery last?

It depends on the brightness setting; a full charge runs for several hours.
Lower brightness lasts longer, and for long days we recommend a spare battery.
We advise the exact figure by model.

Does it work outdoors? What about rain?

It performs best indoors and works semi-outdoors as well (keep it out of direct sun).
We do not recommend using it in rain or snow.

What if it breaks?

Purchased units follow the VIEW MEDIA warranty (report → diagnosis → repair or replacement). In an emergency the 24-hour hotline 010-2839-3313 responds immediately.

Is it only for sale? What about rental?

Both purchase on SmartStore and short-term rental for events are possible.
