Why used LED is hard to buy
Used LED is cheap, the brands are good and there is plenty of it. But when you try to buy, three things get in the way. You don't know where or how it was used, nobody will fix it when it fails, and import and customs are on you.
So most people know about it and still don't buy.
Buy direct overseas
Cheapest. But no warranty, faulty modules travel back and forth by courier, and customs, tax and compliance are yours. You only learn the condition when it lands.

We show you where the screens come from
Our head office is in Korea. Stock is held in our China warehouse and ships right after payment. Country of origin: China. A warranty only works when nothing is hidden. Every lot is photographed with an ID sign and every cabinet's serial number goes on the register.

Exterior
Cabinet, frame, latches and connectors checked for wear. Every cabinet's serial number is registered.

Module back
Solder corrosion, moisture marks, connector condition. Back-side photos are kept.

Solid-color test
Red, green, blue and white in turn to find patchiness between cabinets and dead pixels.

Test-run video
Built to the same 16:9 size, running the same content, on video. Every lot has one.

Packing
Cases, cables and power checked, with dispatch photos.
The inspection checklist (VIEWMEDIA form) comes with the quote.

The 2019 lot has less brightness headroom, so we don't recommend it for rental and offer it only for low-light permanent spaces on separate warranty terms.

Common questions
QHow used is it?
We give the year and series for each lot, plus the test-run video and back-side photos. As a rule we recommend lots under three years old.
QHow is it different from new?
Lower upfront cost and shorter lead time. In return, less brightness headroom and a shorter warranty. For events, top-ups and short permanent use, refurbished fits. For a ten-year install we recommend new.
QOthers sell it cheaper.
Buying the same goods direct overseas is cheaper. What you pay us for is inspection, warranty, customs and support. If you don't need those, importing yourself is fine.
QControllers and receiving cards?
We confirm the receiving card model first. Controllers can be added new.
QInvoices and certification?
We invoice under our own name. Certification depends on use (rental and installation vs resale), so we confirm it before contract.
