MODELS

Two models — only brightness and light source differ

Size, lenses and ports are identical. With an added red laser, the VM-LP36 renders deeper reds.

VM-LP33

32,800 lm

  • Blue laser
  • 2,380 W
  • Ballrooms · auditoriums · exhibitions

VM-LP36

35,800 lm

  • Dual laser (blue + red)
  • 2,880 W
  • Large halls · facades · bright lobbies

Brightness is the rated (marketing) lumen figure. Measured output varies by method, so for demanding sites we confirm with an on-site demo first.

LENS

17 lenses — chosen by distance

Throw ratio = distance ÷ screen width. The smaller the number, the closer you can project a large image.

How to choose a lens

  1. 01Decide the screen width.
  2. 02Measure where the projector can sit.
  3. 03Distance ÷ width = the throw ratio you need.
  4. 04Pick the lens whose range contains it.

THROW DISTANCE

A 16 : 9 screen is wider at the same diagonal, so distances grow slightly. We recalculate with the measured width at the site survey.

BEFORE YOU BUY

What we tell you up front

Lenses are sold separately

The body ships without a lens. You need at least one lens matched to your distance to get a picture.

Outdoor permanent use needs a housing

The body alone cannot be installed outdoors permanently. A temperature-controlled, weatherproof housing is required.

Prepare a dedicated circuit

Peak draw is 2,880 W. Do not share an outlet with other equipment.

Warranty is 12 months

The body warranty can be extended yearly. The laser light source is 12 months and cannot be extended.
