SPEC

200 Box Truss — what it's made of

Aluminium truss with a 200mm square section. Combine lengths, turn direction at the corners, and you can form straight runs, squares or polygons.

Six-way corner (cube)

A corner block that can extend in six directions. This is where the build turns — L shapes, U shapes, portals and three-dimensional frames.

The illustration above is for reference. Length drawings show the 200 × 200mm truss from the side, true to scale against 3m.

⛐ We count quantities by length rather than quoting «one truss set». It's easier for both sides to see exactly what is used.

HOW IT'S BUILT

Change the height and the build changes

For a banner frame, a taller print means longer columns and a beam across the top to hold it. We don't reuse the same build at a different height.

Height brings in 3m beams, and crew size rises with it.

More structure means more crew. Truss is raised by people — under-crewing a build is what pushes a schedule.

Four things we build from truss

Lit rig

Squares and diamonds layered overhead, with the truss itself lit. Fixtures don't just hang from it — the truss becomes the glowing graphic.

Building a structure

Columns and beams in truss, then walls over them — a whole building stands in an empty yard. Pop-up stores and brand pavilions, built from scratch.

Truss wall

A truss frame wrapped in a printed banner becomes a wall — a large graphic wall of any size, even where there is no wall.

Gates · structural forms

Portal gates, photo-zone frames, brand forms. Away from the stage, truss is still the material that makes shape.

We own the equipment

Truss, LED, audio and lighting are ours, and we install and operate them ourselves — no layers in between, so schedule and cost are settled directly.

Install and strike crew included

We don't drop equipment and leave. The same team stays from load-in to strike.

We model it first

Structure, circulation and sightlines are checked in drawings and 3D before we go to site.

Image included

One team hangs the LED on the truss and runs the content on it.
