RINGLOCK STRUCTURE
The bigger the screen, the stronger the back.
A large LED wall starts with the structure behind it, not the picture in front. We stack ringlock in 2m × 2m bays so screen, speakers and walkways stand as one frame.
HOW IT LOCKS
Eight directions from one rosette
Each standard carries a rosette every 50cm. Ledgers and braces drop into the rosette holes and lock with a wedge. No bolts to turn, so it goes up fast and every bay lands on the same dimension.
2 × 2 × 2m
One bay. Width, depth and height are all counted in this unit.
50cm
Rosette spacing. Ledger and deck heights step in 50cm increments.
8 ways
Eight holes per rosette — square or diagonal connections.
COMPONENTS
Components we own
Dimensions are measured rosette centre to rosette centre. Figures are from drawings; the actual build depends on screen size.
Standard (vertical)
0.5m · 1m · 2m
Ø48 × 3.0mm steel tube · rosettes every 50cm · Ø40 spigot joins the next standard.
Rosette
Ø120mm
Eight holes. Ledgers and braces hook in and lock with a wedge.
Ledger (horizontal)
1m · 2m
Ø48 × 2.75mm steel tube · wedge heads at both ends.
Brace (diagonal)
1.5 × 2m · 2 × 2m
Ø42 × 2.0mm steel tube · ties each bay diagonally against sway.
Plank (deck)
0.45 × 2m
Perforated steel · hooks onto ledgers to form work and service walkways.
Stair
2m lift
Perforated treads · climbs one 2m lift at 45°, landings top and bottom.
HOW HIGH
How high it goes
Indoor up to 4m
Standard scaffold is enough — no ringlock needed.
Indoor 4m – 10m
Ringlock. We have a confirmed indoor build reference up to 10m.
Outdoor above 3.5m
Ringlock, with wind load reviewed for each site.
Outdoors, wind changes the build even at the same height. We don't carry indoor figures outside.
WHAT IT CARRIES
What we build with it
LED back structure
Bays stacked behind the screen carry the LED cabinets directly. A taller or wider wall just means more bays.
Speaker and lighting towers
Line-array towers beside the LED in the same structure — picture and sound on one frame.
Service decks and stairs
Decks and stairs in each bay let crew reach upper levels, even during the show.
Rooftop and permanent frames
A base frame for LED mounted on building rooftops.
CASES
How we built it

29th Ocean Day ceremony · Hwaseong
A stepped screen by the sea
Ringlock stacked level by level around a pyramid stage, carrying LED in a stepped shape — tied in every bay against the sea wind.

2026 Gimpo Citizens' Day
Behind a see-through LED
A 10m × 7m ringlock frame with a wind-permeable LED hung in front — the structure shows through the outdoor screen.

Rooftop LED structure
A floor for LED on a rooftop
A ringlock frame built on the roof first, with LED mounted on top — coordinated with a crane lift.
BLACK LAYHER
Built in black ringlock
We use black-coated ringlock so the structure disappears behind the stage. Bays of 2 × 2 × 2m stack into screen, tower and stairs as one frame.

WHY
The team that builds the frame switches on the screen
We own the equipment
Ringlock, LED, audio and lighting are ours — enough stock to cover overlapping dates.
Counted in bays
No «one structure set» line. You see how many bays go in.
Install and strike crew included
Structure is raised by people. The same team stays from load-in to strike.
Screen included
The crew that builds the frame hangs the LED and runs the content — no hand-off in between.
